Common, high-demand platforms — Dell PowerEdge servers, Cisco Nexus switches, popular NetApp and Pure Storage arrays — can often be located within a few business days. Unusual configurations, legacy platforms, or very specific memory or component specs may take longer. We will give you an honest timeline estimate when we receive your request.

What condition is the equipment in?

Condition varies based on what we locate in the dealer network and what you specify. We can source equipment across condition grades: Grade A (refurbished, fully tested, meets manufacturer spec), Grade B (functional with more visible cosmetic wear, fully tested), and used/Grade C (functional, passed basic testing, priced accordingly). Tell us your condition preference in your sourcing request and we will filter accordingly.

Is the equipment tested before it ships?

Equipment sourced through our dealer network has been graded and tested by the sourcing dealer. We verify the represented condition before confirming the purchase. For specific high-value components — GPU cards, storage arrays, high-density memory — we can request additional verification or testing documentation from the source. Let us know if you have specific testing requirements for your sourcing request.

Can you source specific part numbers or OEM configurations?

Yes. The more specific you are, the better. If you have an exact part number, OEM product code, or detailed configuration requirement (specific processor, memory configuration, drive count, firmware version), include it in your request. Platform-and-generation specificity helps us locate compatible hardware faster and avoids compatibility issues at the configuration level.

Do you source internationally?

Yes. Our dealer network includes partners in North America and internationally. For hardware that is difficult to source domestically, we can access international dealer networks. International sourcing adds logistics complexity and lead time, and export/import compliance applies to certain hardware categories. We handle the logistics and compliance review as part of the sourcing engagement.

What if the equipment does not match the spec when it arrives?

We are the accountable party from sourcing request through delivery. If equipment arrives and does not match the specification we confirmed to you, we address it — return, replacement, or credit based on the situation. We are not a pass-through that disappears once the transaction is complete.
