Now that you’ve submitted the equipment you’re looking to sell, our IT supply experts will audit your list of equipment and make you an offer. You can expect to receive an automated email reply right away and from one of our team of experts within 24 hours. They may have additional questions about your equipment in order to get you the highest possible offer. You should receive an offer or an update on the value of your equipment within 48 hours after we have all the information we need.

If an offer is made and accepted, we will handle all logistics with the order including labels, transportation, and necessary security requirements. Once your equipment is received at our secured facility, it is placed under 24 hour surveillance to ensure maximum data security. You will receive payment for your equipment along with complete chain of custody and certificate of data destruction available upon request.
